Take a pan and add the strawberry puree to it and add the sugar and boil for 2 mins
Boil on medium flame till sugar dissolves
Add in the coarse cashew and mix well
Add in the fresh bread crumbs
Add food colour its optional
Add in the rose water
Mix everything well till it leaves the pan
Take a square or rectangle tin and place the butter paper and greese with ghee
Set the strawberry mix in it .plain the surface with back of spoon
Top it with chopped Almonds amd press to set
